quality Teamplay has been formally invited to represent Panama at the Kode5 LatinAmerican Finals to be held in Lima, Peru on March 21st-22nd.
The event will feature the top 16 teams of the region, and the winner of the event will be representing the Latin American colors at the Kode5 Finals in Moscow, Russia.
For this matter, we would like to welcome back Michael “Point” Castillo to the starting lineup. Point had decided to retire from competitive gaming some time ago as he could not dedicate the necessary time for our upcoming preparation; but with his schedule being fixed and bringing some extra motivation, the team is ready to hit the road!
Now that the roster has been solidified and a big international event is scheduled in the near future, the team is preparing harder than ever to attempt to bring the gold to Panama.
Wish us luck and expect BIGGER things to come in this 2009!
Today, it is with great sadness that we announce that our teammate Michael “Point” Castillo will be taking an indefinite break from gaming due to time constraints.
Michael couldn’t find a balance with his real life obligations and putting the enough time to practice that is required to maintain a high level, hence, his decision to step out of the starting lineup.
Point was a good friend and an important part of this team success and will be greatly missed in-and-out of the game. Here at quality Teamplay, we understand his actions and we wish him the very best of luck in the path he has chosen to follow.
Now, with everything being said, the team is already working with some players and the new 5th will be announced in the next couple of days. So keep an eye on, as we move into a new chapter of this team, which promises to be a very exciting one!
